Individual journey on the topic of promoting inclusive ensemble work

As part of the individual travel support of the International Visitors Programme and in cooperation with the Institut für Bildung und Kultur e.V. - kubia, Michèle Taylor, Director of Change of the collaborative project "Ramps on the Moon" (UK), was able to travel to lead workshops and participate in dialogue events of kubia - Competence Centre for Arts Education in Ageing and Inclusion from 24 to 27 February 2019.

She reported on the project structure and strategic orientation of "Ramps on the Moon" and gave impulses for comparable cooperations in North Rhine-Westphalia. Together with the workshop participants, she was able to develop strategies for more inclusion on and off stage as well as in the audience.
