c/o pop Festival and Convention – New Talents and Networks

It was all about pop music in the broadest sense at the c/o pop Festival and Convention at the beginning of May in Cologne.

For this reason, seven international guests comprising music critics, journalists and festival directors from the Netherlands, Mongolia, Greece, Uganda, Taiwan, Romania and Belgium travelled at the invitation of the International Visitors Programme to North Rhine-Westphalia from 1st to 5th May.

They attended numerous events at the festival – which for its 2019 edition took place in May for the first time – and also participated in the c/o pop Convention.

The showcase »Wunderkinder – German Music Talent« was included in the programme, as was a roundtable on the theme of »Young talent, financing and international perspectives in the music industry«. The programme was topped off with tours by Internationale Photoszene Köln / Photoszene-Festival 2019.
